On the afternoon of 22 February 2026, the Independent Living Persons with Disabilities (ILPD) team had the honor and great pleasure of receiving permission from Tetsuya Murayama and Hem Sangva to meet for a warm and friendly meeting and discussion. During the meeting, both sides exchanged updates on work activities and shared a meal together at AEON Mall Sen Sok City.
